Step-by-Step of Moving Service
Initial Consultation
Client Contact: Get in touch with us about your moving needs.
Assessment: Our representative assesses your needs, including the volume of items, the distance of the move, special requirements, and scheduling preferences. This might include a location survey.
Quotation: We provide you with a detailed quotation, including estimated costs, timelines, and services offered.
Preparation
Scheduling: Once you accept the quotation, a moving date is scheduled.
Packing: We offer packing services where we carefully pack your belongings using appropriate materials. Alternatively, you may choose to pack your own items, and we can provide you with the packing materials.
Inventory: We create an inventory list of all items to be moved, to track and ensure nothing is lost during transportation.
Transportation
Loading: As scheduled, our moving team arrives to load the packed items onto the transport vehicles.
Transit: The items are transported to the new location. For long-distance or international moves, this may involve multiple stages and vehicles. We continuously track the progress of the shipment.
Unloading & Unpacking: Upon arrival at the destination, items are unloaded carefully and cross-checked with the inventory list. When requested, we can assist with unpacking and setting up items at the new location.
Finalization
Payment: The client settles the payment according to the agreed terms.
Feedback: We may request feedback from the client to evaluate our services to serve our clients better.
